1. Order Processing Time (Cutoff Time)

Order Cutoff Time: All orders placed by 5:00 PM (CST), Monday – Friday, will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Processing Time: Since each item is custom-made for you, please allow 2 – 4 business days for production and quality inspection before your order is dispatched.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer reliable shipping options within the United States to ensure your order arrives safely.

Free Shipping: Applied automatically for all orders with a subtotal of $50.00 or more.

Total Delivery Time: Total time = Processing Time (2–4 days) + Shipping Time (3–7 days). Most customers receive their items within 5 – 11 business days from the date of purchase.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this link to monitor the progress of your package. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.
4. Shipping Address & Modifications

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate during checkout. We are not responsible for shipments delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you need to modify your order (including address changes), please contact us at contact@huestee.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order enters the production phase, changes may no longer be possible.
5. Carrier Delays & Issues
While we work hard to ensure your order arrives on time, please understand that shipping estimates are provided by our carriers and can occasionally be affected by peak holiday seasons, severe weather, or carrier disruptions. HuesTee is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.
