Returns & Refunds

At HuesTee, we strive to ensure you love every product you receive. Because each of our items is custom-made specifically for you, we handle returns and refunds with care. Please review the following guidelines:

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is incorrect due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong size, color, or print error), please contact us at contact@huestee.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Evidence Required: To expedite your request, please include photos of the defect or the incorrect item along with your order number. We will provide a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of Mind/Incorrect Sizing: As our products are printed-on-demand and personalized, we generally cannot accept returns or offer refunds for issues related to "change of mind" or incorrect sizing selection.

  • Customer-Provided Information: We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect shipping addresses or incorrect sizing information provided by the customer at the time of checkout. Please double-check your order details carefully before submitting.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your request is approved for a refund, the funds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5 – 10 business days for the credit to reflect in your bank account, depending on your financial institution's processing time.

4. Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel an order, please email us at contact@huestee.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order enters the production phase, it can no longer be canceled as the custom printing process has already begun.
